CarePoint Clinic exists to provide free quality primary healthcare to the Snoqualmie Valley and surrounding areas. We believe that healthcare is a right, not a privilege; patients should be involved in their own healthcare; and that every person is deserving of dignity and their value is not dependent on their story
Our nurses are responsible for patient intake, history and vitals. They assist our providers with minor procedures as needed. They also perform basic blood draws to send bloodwork out for lab analysis. We have another specific need for foot care specialists to assist with our senior patients.
How it increases happiness
We have found that our volunteers feel a deep sense of involvement and personal satisfaction to see the immediate change and improvement in our patients' lives. Knowing your actions increase the health and happiness of the patient can only lead to your own personal happiness. Supporting community health on an individual basis gives heart level happiness!
